  • Heavy-duty and vibration-free construction for continuous industrial operation
  • Wide capacity range suitable for small dairies to large-scale processing plants
  • Two-stage homogenization option with manual or hydraulic control
  • All product-contact parts manufactured from food-grade stainless steel
  • Imported stellite/tungsten carbide homogenizing valve assembly for extended service life
  • Special alloy steel plungers with advanced surface coating for wear resistance
  • CIP-compatible design ensuring superior hygiene and faster cleaning cycles
  • Openable crankcase for easy inspection and simplified maintenance

The homogenization process is achieved by forcing the product under high pressure through a precisely engineered valve assembly. As the milk passes through the adjustable micron clearance between the valve and seat, a sudden increase in velocity and a sharp drop in pressure occur. This controlled turbulence and energy release break down fat globules into uniformly fine particles, resulting in improved texture, enhanced stability, and a consistently smooth product.
